Your Community
Since retiring to the area in 2018, I have proudly called the space between Ash Fork and Seligman my home. My commitment to our community is rooted in active service, having served as the Commander for the Ash Fork American Legion and participating in local traditions like the Ash Fork 4th of July event. I believe that being a leader means being present, which is why I’ve made it a priority to be a vocal advocate in truck stop development meetings and a regular participant in Yavapai County town halls. By working with rural landowner groups, I’ve fought to ensure that the unique needs of our residents are heard and respected at the county level.
Growing up in Arizona and spending summers in rural Utah I understand that life in our high-desert precinct comes with unique challenges, especially for those living off-grid. A few years ago, I learned of a local family with small children who had been without running water for an entire year after their pipes froze. It wasn’t enough to just recognize the problem; we had to solve it. I organized a team of fellow veterans to perform the necessary repairs, soliciting donations for pumps and fittings from local partners like Home Depot and Harbor Freight. Together, we built an insulated pump house, cleared the property, and even dug a 300-foot trench to ensure that family finally had the reliable water source they deserved.
This project was a powerful reminder that "Your Community" is more than just a place on a map—it’s a promise we make to look out for one another. Whether it’s coming together for a neighbor in need or standing up for sensible development in Ash Fork and Seligman, I believe in the power of local residents working toward a common goal.

Your Voice
To those who don’t live here, the Seligman and Ash Fork areas might look like just a stretch of open road, but as residents, we know the truth: our greatest asset is the openness and peace of our rural lifestyle. One of the most significant issues I see is the lack of regard for property owners when traffic and development tear up our roads without accountability. I understand that our land isn't just space—it’s our home. As your Justice of the Peace, my voice will be one that respects the quiet, protects the property rights of our citizens, and understands the unique value of the life we’ve built out here.
In my conversations with neighbors, I hear a clear message regarding our legal system: people want to see the law enforced objectively and fairly. While frustrations with the current system are managed, there is a strong desire for a court where laws are prosecuted with consistency and without bias. "Your Voice" in my courtroom means a commitment to transparency and the rule of law. I believe that every person who walks into the Justice Court deserves to know that their case will be handled with professional integrity and that the statutes of Arizona will be applied evenly to everyone, regardless of who they are.
I often hear the concern that smaller precincts like ours can get pushed around or overlooked by the larger county offices in Prescott. While the position of Justice of the Peace has its legal limitations, it is also a vital seat of local leadership. Because I understand the inner workings of the county and live right here alongside you, I am uniquely positioned to advocate for our interests.

Your Vote
A vote for me is a vote for decades of proven experience, not just talk. When you cast your ballot, you are choosing to ensure consistency and unbiased decisions in our local court, rooted firmly in Arizona law and county ordinances. My career as an Arizona lawman has given me a deep, practical understanding of our legal system, having worked closely with Justice of the Peace Courts, Superior Courts, and the Attorney General’s office. I have seen firsthand the impact of the law through the successful prosecution of cases ranging from auto theft, fraud, and burglaries to serious crimes involving drugs, sex crimes, and child abuse.
I am ready to bring that level of professional integrity to the bench to serve as your Justice of the Peace. My background ensures that I don't just know the law on paper—I know how it affects our community and how to apply it fairly to everyone who enters the courtroom. By choosing me, you are voting for a candidate who understands the weight of these decisions and has the background necessary to handle every case with the seriousness and objectivity it deserves.
Upon taking office, my first priority will be a commitment to professional excellence. I will focus immediately on the mandatory training required for all Justices of the Peace to ensure our court operates at the highest standard. Beyond training, I plan to conduct a thorough review of how this specific court handles its docket. By understanding the types of cases coming through our doors and evaluating our current processes, I can determine exactly where improvements are needed to make the system more efficient and accessible for every resident of Ash Fork and Seligman.
Finally, I believe the court should be a place of learning as well as justice. I am eager to organize mock trial days for our local schools, where students can step into the roles of judge, defense, and prosecution. By giving the next generation a hands-on look at the inner workings of the legal system, we can build a stronger, more informed community. When you vote for me, you are voting for a Justice of the Peace who is dedicated to a professional, transparent, and community-focused court that serves everyone.
